Know what you are buying before you wire the money.
An independent due-diligence report on an online business listed for $5,000 to $100,000 on Flippa, Acquire.com, Microns and similar marketplaces. $249 flat. Report by email within 48 hours of complete materials. No calls, no retainer, no upsell.
AI-assisted, owner-reviewed. Every report is read and signed by Benjamin Cutrer before it goes out.
Why buyers order one
Badges are not checks
A marketplace "verified" badge means a data feed is connected. It does not mean anyone checked the business.
The numbers often disagree
Most listings under $100,000 have at least one figure that does not match another figure on the same page.
Diligence firms are priced for bigger deals
The firms in marketplace directories are built for six- and seven-figure purchases. A $15,000 site needs a check sized to it.
How it works
Order and send the listing
Pay through the order link and give the listing URL. We email you within one business day to confirm the order and ask for your budget, your goal, and anything you already have from the seller.
We review it
Every claim on the listing is checked against evidence. We run domain, traffic, trademark, security and seller-history checks, benchmark the price against Flippa's published 2025 and first-half 2026 sale multiples, and score the red flags.
You get a verdict and the detail
Proceed, proceed with conditions, or walk away. An indicative valuation range, the top five risks and what cures each, the questions to send the seller before you sign a letter of intent, and a list of what is still unverified.

Questions
Is this an appraisal?
No. It is an independent desk review with an indicative valuation range for negotiating. We are not licensed appraisers, attorneys or accountants, and the report is not legal, financial or investment advice.
Do you contact the seller?
Not unless you ask. We write the questions and you send them, so the seller hears from the buyer.
What do you need from me?
The listing URL and your budget are enough to start. Anything else you can forward, such as analytics access, payout reports or the seller's answers, moves items from unverified to verified. Please do not send passwords.
When does the 48 hours start?
When we have your payment, the listing URL and your answers to the intake questions, and have confirmed the order by email. Orders confirmed after 6 p.m. Central or on a weekend or federal holiday start at 9 a.m. Central the next business day. If the listing is an auction, order early.
Can you review a listing on another marketplace or a private deal?
Yes, if it is under about $100,000 and you can share the listing or prospectus. Empire Flippers, Motion Invest, Investors Club and private sales are all fine.
What if you find nothing wrong?
Then the report says so, with the benchmark that supports the price and the standard protections to use at closing, such as escrow with an inspection period.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund before the clock starts. 50% if you cancel after it starts and before delivery. Full refund if we cancel or will miss the deadline. After delivery there is no refund for the opinion, but a factual error about the listing is corrected and the report reissued at no charge.
Why does it cost $249?
The checklist and the report format are fixed, and AI tools do the first pass. The owner's time goes into the judgment, not the typing.
